Our program fee is $1650 which includes a one-time registration fee, meals/snacks for your child, supplies for activities, as well as any other cost of operation. This fee covers your entire year of afterschool enrollment.

Early Bird and Super Early Bird Registration
  • Register for the following afterschool year by June 26 to receive a $150-dollar discount ($1,500).
  • Register for the following afterschool year by August 16 to receive a $50-dollar discount ($1,600).
  • Family Discount: Receive a $25-dollar discount for each additional sibling you enroll.
  • Loyalty Discount: Receive a $50-dollar discount if you were previously enrolled in our summer camp program and a $25-dollar discount if you were previously enrolled in our afterschool program.
Payment Information
  • Families are welcome to pay the program fee in installments.
  • Please make bank checks and money orders payable to Immigrant Social Services, Inc.
  • HRA and ACS vouchers are accepted. (Must be presented at the time of registration)
  • There will be a $35 fee for personal checks that are bounced/returned.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be given to students who withdraw within the first four weeks of the program.  You will be charged $120 for the first month of the program, and a processing fee of $25.
